By contacting A&D Power Washing LLC, requesting a quote, scheduling a service, or using our website at a-dpowerwashing.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

SMS Text Messaging Program

Program Description: Appointment confirmations and service reminders sent to customers who have scheduled or inquired about power washing services.

How you consent: By providing your mobile phone number when requesting a quote or scheduling an appointment — whether by phone, text, or through our website — you consent to receive SMS messages from A&D Power Washing LLC related to your service.

Types of messages sent:

Message frequency: Typically 1–3 messages per scheduled appointment.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any text message at any time. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

Appointments and Scheduling

All appointments are subject to availability. We schedule services on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Appointment times are estimates and may vary due to weather, travel, or job complexity.

Weather: Power washing services may be rescheduled due to rain, freezing temperatures, or unsafe conditions. We will contact you as early as possible if rescheduling is necessary.

Estimates and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information provided at the time of inquiry. Final pricing may vary based on actual job conditions, property size, and scope of work. We will communicate any price adjustments before beginning work.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the best results and avoid delays, customers agree to:

A&D Power Washing LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage or damage caused by conditions outside our control, including but not limited to deteriorating surfaces, improperly sealed windows, or damaged caulking.

Limitation of Liability

A&D Power Washing LLC is a licensed and insured business. In the event of damage caused by our services, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.

We carry general liability insurance. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Haven County, Connecticut.
